In a unique and educational initiative, a group of aspirant students from Media Club of Creative Academy had the opportunity to step into the world of journalism by visiting the newsroom of a prominent news channel, Himal Khabar. The visit was organized to provide students with an opportunity to observe and comprehend how news is gathered, processed, and presented to the public.

The students were given a tour of the newsroom during their visit, where they observed several journalists and editors putting up significant effort in their various positions. They got to observe the process of gathering information, confirming it, and turning it into captivating news broadcasts.

The students also had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions with the chief editor Santa Gaha Magar, who shared his experiences and insights into the field. The students from Creative Academy asked him many questions. Among these was Eva Swar's query, "How do you resolve the conflicts that arise here?"

In response, he remarked, "Before, the king and other powerful people had the authority to control the media, any post they didn't like would be immediately removed at their request. Although we keep getting threats from a number of people for reporting on them, we stick to our principles and limitations”.

Similarly, in a response to a question if he was ever afraid to lose his dear ones and loved ones. He stated using an instance, "Once one of my friends experienced such an issue and to handle the matter he stood out of that case, and advised others to report about it instead, and it went pretty well. As a journalist, you must be honest to your readers and put journalism first, even if it means going up against your loved ones”.

Similarly, other students of CA also raised their questions. They learned about the importance of ethical reporting, unbiased journalism, and the role of media in society. The students left the newsroom with a deeper awe and appreciation for the hard work and dedication put forth into producing reliable and timely news.

Along with that opportunity they also got a chance to visit Bangalamukhi temple and Madan Puraskar Library.
